Michael is a dedicated and results driven construction professional with over 28 years of experience managing all aspects of project delivery. He has worked across Australia and internationally, enabling him to sharpen his cross-cultural communication skills. His experience includes large pharmaceutical projects in China and Puerto Rico, and successful joint ventures in New Zealand.

Ryan has over 15 years' experience in the construction industry in a broad range of accounting and financial management disciplines. His skills include project and business-level budgeting and cost management, depreciation, general ledger and inter-company accounting.

Lex is a work health, safety, environment and quality management professional with operational experience on some of Australia’s largest construction projects including the new Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Calvary Adelaide Hospital. With a trade background, he understands all aspects of site operations and the challenges of maintaining a safe, productive work site. Lex is actively involved in various safety forums and is the Chairperson for the South Australian Construction Safety Alliance.

Sasha is a focused human resources leader with extensive experience in complex organisational environments. With more than 15 years in the HR industry, she brings a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from the CEO to field employees.

Stefan is a highly motivated construction professional with over 20 years' experience in commercial construction covering projects in Australia, USA, United Arab Emirates, South Africa and the United Kingdom. He is a Commercial Manager with extensive experience of commercial and contractual procedures, providing overall management and control at both project and business level.

Goce has almost 15 years' experience in commercial construction and has successfully delivered a number of landmark social infrastructure projects. His experience is diverse and includes the delivery of highly complex facilities across multiple sectors and within operational environments. His collaborative approach and emphasis on stakeholder management is underpinned by his strong communication skills.

Tony is a highly experienced professional with an extensive history in delivering multifaceted, award winning projects within the South Australian construction industry. He is experienced in managing large teams and complex stakeholders within operational environments and under a variety of contract models. In 2022 he was named the South Australian Building Professional of the Year by the Australian Institute of Building.

Greg has worked on numerous multi-million dollar projects across diverse market sectors throughout Australia & New Zealand. He has extensive experience in project and construction management and development, gained with major organisations in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Auckland. He has worked across all types of commercial frameworks including public private partnerships, design and construct, managing contractor, and lump sum.

He was previously with Murray & Roberts for 19 years where he occupied a range of operational, general management and executive director board roles.

Adrian has over 20 years of assurance, transactions and advisory experience. Adrian holds a BCom degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BCompt Honours from the University of South Africa. After completing his degree he joined the Johannesburg-based office of EY in 1992, after which he spent two years with advisory and tax services firm PwC in New Zealand before returning to EY in 2001. He worked there until his appointment in September 2014 as Executive Financial Director and CFO of the Aveng Group. Adrian is also on the executive of Aveng (Africa) Pty (Ltd) and Aveng Australia Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

With extensive experience across both public and private sectors, Chris Lock brings high standards of governance, integrity and leadership to his role as Non-Executive Director. Having worked both internationally and in Australia, he has overseen hundreds of major projects worth more than $14 billion, including during his role as Chief Executive/ Deputy Director General with NSW Transport. Chris is also a member of McConnell Dowell’s audit and remuneration committees.

Ian Luck brings more than 40 years’ construction experience in senior positions to his role as a non-executive director, to which he was appointed in 2014. A veteran of the construction industry, his career includes serving as a Managing Director of Lend Lease Building Contractors, also known as Baulderstone. He is also a non-executive director at EVZ Ltd, a position he has held since July 2017.

Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
Our vision is for the building and construction industry and the communities in which we work to develop stronger and deeper relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples for the benefit of all Australians. In October 2023 we launched our Innovate RAP (copy below) and our journey to create a more inclusive and sustainable company and country continues.
