150 Grenfell Street completion video

We’ve wrapped up the 150 Grenfell Street redevelopment, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome!

What started as two separate office buildings at 150 and 162 Grenfell Street is now one stunning, combined space. We’ve transformed it into approx. 9,300m² of top-notch office space with newly created 1,400m² floorplates and even added an extra office level.

This complex project was a true team effort. Despite the hurdles encountered along the way, our team delivered exceptional results, and the final product looks fantastic!
