Breaking ground on the Pacific Property Systems Project (PPSP)

The Prime Minister of the Cook Islands Mark Brown joined General Manager NZ Greg Ford, McConnell Dowell Managing Director NZ and Pacific Fraser Wyllie, Project Director Gary Nisbet, the project team, NZ High Commissioner Catherine Graham, Australian High Commissioner Susannah Hodson, local landowners Vakatini Ariki, and others to celebrate breaking ground for a new chancery in Rarotonga on Thursday during Matariki, the Māori new year.

The event marked the start of construction for a new chancery in Avarua, part of the Property Systems Project (PPSP). Built Environs in partnership McConnell Dowell, is delivering work on two other PPSP projects, for the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade of Foreign Affairs and Trade, in Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
