Commercial Forum 2024

This week, we had our annual Commercial Forum, where our commercial teams from across the business got together for two days of learning and collaboration.

We hosted it at the iconic Adelaide Oval, and the event was packed with sessions led by expert facilitators, plus some great insights from our own team about how the year’s been going.

This year, we talked about things like negotiation, AI, and dispute resolution, giving our people some really useful tools and knowledge. These interactions and shared experiences are super valuable as they help us work better together, execute projects more smoothly, and ultimately deliver better results for our clients. Collaborative efforts and knowledge sharing among our teams drive us to push boundaries and deliver innovative project solutions.

We also squeezed in some fun team bonding, with a bunch of us taking on the thrilling Adelaide Oval Roof Climb!
