Awarded the 150 Grenfell Street project

We’re pleased to announce we have been awarded the contract for the 150 Grenfell Street development in Adelaide’s CBD.
The project involves the full reconstruction and expansion of two existing five-storey office buildings at 150 Grenfell and 162 Grenfell Street with the refurbishment creating approximately 9,300m2 of rentable space. These two buildings are being joined to create new 1,400sq.m floorplates as well as an additional level of office floor.
This premium commercial development is now underway and is set to be completed in 2024.
