Modbury Hospital South Wing complete

We recently completed the Modbury Hospital South Wing redevelopment – a complex, multi-facility project within a live, operational hospital campus.

The project included:
▪️ 24-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit
▪️ 20-bed Older Persons’ Mental Health Unit
▪️ North Eastern Cancer Centre
▪️ A new elevated link bridge connecting to the existing hospital
▪️ Five-storey multideck car park

Delivered 8 weeks ahead of schedule and achieving go-live within days of Practical Completion, the project showcased innovation and collaboration, from the early delivery of a full prototype mental health room through to design validation well ahead of fit-out works.

Healthcare infrastructure is about more than construction – it’s about building a lasting legacy that supports patients, staff, and essential services with minimal disruption throughout delivery.
