Built Environs is teaming up with the Victorian School Building Authority to bring two new schools to Point Cook South. One of these schools will be specially designed to support students with disabilities.
This project addresses the growing enrolment demand in this rapidly expanding community. Set on an 11-hectare greenfield site, the new facilities will include:
▪️ Administration areas and libraries
▪️ Modern learning neighbourhoods
▪️ A community hub with multi-use gym and canteen
▪️ Spaces for visual arts, technology, science, and sports
▪️ Outdoor courts, a sports field, and extensive landscaping
