Marching Forward: Reflecting on International Women’s Day 2025
Over the last week, we’ve come together as a team engaging in meaningful discussions, workshops, and events including attending the Master Builders Association of Victoria Breakfast, the NAWIC SA luncheon and an annual internal luncheon in New Zealand. Together, we celebrated the remarkable contributions of women in our industry, while emphasising the importance of increasing opportunities and removing barriers to ensure that every woman and girl can achieve their full potential. Our collective efforts have echoed a resounding message of respect and admiration for the incredible women shaping the landscape of our industry.
These events reinforced the importance of equity, opportunity, and action—reminding us that while we celebrate progress, there is still work to be done. Marching forward means breaking down barriers, challenging outdated norms, and actively building a future where all women can thrive.
