Transforming Auckland Airport’s terminal for the future
We are currently leading Work Package 2 of the Western Terminal Integration Project at Auckland International Airport, a key element of the overall Terminal Integration programme.
Our scope includes extensive civil enabling works, demolition of existing structures, service diversions, and modifications to extend the existing terminal building.
Operating within a bustling airport environment, our approach includes close collaboration to manage high-risk factors and coordination with multiple stakeholders. With over 15,000 people and 100 businesses in the vicinity, meticulous logistical planning is essential. Our strong focus on communication, safety, and detailed planning ensures minimal disruption.
This project is a critical component of the airport’s 30-year Terminal Development Plan, requiring seamless coordination with airport management to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
