Making way for a bigger terminal

Our works included extensive civil enabling works, demolition, service diversions and modifications to support the extension of the existing terminal building.

The project forms part of Auckland Airport’s 30-year Terminal Development Plan, helping prepare the terminal for future growth while integrating new infrastructure with existing operations.

Working around a live airport

Delivering within one of New Zealand’s busiest operational environments meant disruption had to be carefully managed.

We worked closely with airport stakeholders to coordinate high-risk activities around more than 15,000 people and 100 businesses operating across the precinct. Detailed planning, clear communication and strong safety controls kept the works moving while maintaining airport operations.
