Major retail redevelopment to meet the needs of the north-western suburbs
Built Environs upgraded the operational Centro Arndale shopping centre in Adelaide’s western suburbs, working closely with the client and consulting architects and engineers to value manage the design before building commenced.
The project included the extension of the ground and mezzanine floors, installation of travelators and an elevator to improve accessibility, as well as the addition of a garden shop to the existing Big W store. Furthermore, the external appearance of the centre was also improved through the laying of terrazzo flooring and plasterboard ceilings.
