Summary: Built Environs constructed a five-level, 3,000m2 building as a three-level medical centre and two-level car park in suburban Perth.
Constructing on the corner of a busy main road in the inner Perth suburb of West Leederville presented challenges to the project team. Close management of the piling installation was required to protect the adjoining properties, which include a heritage-listed fire station.
The completed building contains more than 30 specialist medical suites and in excess of 100 car parking spaces for patients.
