Delivering a state-of-the-art railway station
Mt Derrimut Station project is part of Victoria's Big Build. Working with McConnell Dowell and the Level Crossing Removal Project, the finished station will feature a pedestrian connection linking the north and south sides of the rail line, landscaped areas, car parking and better bicycle facilities for commuters.
The station will include two new platforms and access via lifts, ramps and feature stair with a canopy representing Bunjil, the creator according to Kulin nations in central Victoria.
The station building will have a green roof for ESD benefits and visual amenity from the platforms above.
