Delivering a connected future for Northwest Auckland
We’re thrilled to be playing a role in helping shape the future of travel in Auckland’s northwest with the delivery of the new Westgate Bus Station.
The station forms a key part of NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi’s Te Ara Hauāuru – Northwest Busway project and is designed to keep pace with the area’s significant population growth. Once complete, it will provide improved passenger transfers between local bus services and express services into the city.
Our scope includes the construction of modern interchange buildings and associated civil works. These facilities will provide an enhanced level of safety, security and shelter for passengers. .
Working in a busy and growing area requires careful planning and collaboration. Our approach prioritises safety, communication, and minimising disruption to local residents and businesses while ensuring efficient delivery.
The Westgate Bus Station is expected to be operational in mid-2026.
