Situated directly across the road from the University of Adelaide’s main campus, the Urbanest Student Accommodation building is a multi-storey purpose-built facility with two floors of retail tenancies and 505 rooms featuring 689 beds.

Urbanest was built with an accelerated program thanks to extensive pre-planning and the use of innovative design and construction techniques such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), prefabricated pod bathrooms, and a prefabricated BubbleDeck structural solution.

As part of the student experience and amenity, the building offers a variety of features including an open plan food court and student hub, a rooftop garden overlooking North Terrace, a fully equipped gym, study rooms and computer hub, a large social area on the ground floor with comfortable seating, a modern card operated laundry, wireless internet throughout the building, a cinema room and games room, and a secure bike store..
