Built Environs delivered a purpose-built student accommodation development opposite the University of Adelaide, providing 689 beds across 505 rooms alongside retail and shared spaces.
Designed around student life
The development brings accommodation and student amenities together in one central location.
Shared facilities include study and social spaces, a student hub, gym, cinema and games rooms, bike storage and a rooftop garden overlooking North Terrace. Two levels of retail complete the mixed-use development.
Building smarter to move faster
Extensive pre-planning and digital construction helped support an accelerated delivery programme.
Our team used Building Information Modelling (BIM), prefabricated bathroom pods and a prefabricated BubbleDeck structural system to improve coordination and construction efficiency.
