Delivering modern facilities for local kids to learn, play, and grow
To meet the rising enrolment demand in Melbourne’s west, Built Environs is delivering three primary schools, including two with supported inclusion for students with disabilities and one with an Early Learning and Childcare Centre.
Designed to create an inclusive and supportive environment for every child, these facilities will feature:
- administration buildings
- modern learning neighbourhoods
- community hubs with indoor multi-use court, canteen and arts/music space
- outdoor hard courts and a sports field
Projects in Bundle A include:
- Tarneit Plains Primary School (interim name)
- Toolern Waters Primary School (interim name)
- Toolern Waters Early Learning Childcare Centre (interim name)
- Plumpton Primary School (interim name)
Construction is underway on all three sites, with doors set to open for Term 1 2026.
Fast Facts:
- Plumpton Primary School will open with places for up to 525 students
- Toolern Waters Primary School will have places for up to 715 students (includes 65 students with disabilities)
- Toolern Waters Early Learning Childcare Centre will have space for up to 130 local children each day
- Tarneit Plains Primary School will open with places for up to 575 students (includes 50 students with disabilities)
