A suburban shopping village for the community of Banksia Grove
Built Environs completed the Coles Banksia Grove shopping village which included a 4,190 m2 Coles supermarket, 17 retail tenancies, two kiosks, a Coles Express fuel station, 540 car parking spaces, an extensive road upgrade, and associated landscaping and pedestrian pathways, all bordered by two major roadways.
With tight programme requirements, the team managed the upgrade works to adjacent major roadways during construction, as well as delivering earthworks and services for two 400 m2 fast food outlets, enabling the third party building to start.
The 7,725 m2 suburban shopping village was successfully handed over on schedule and in time for the busy holiday trading season.
